Sharing files with others on the internet where you are NOT the originator of the file is completely illegal. This means that if you did not create/make this file you are not an owner of this file. An example of this would be sharing music/audio files with friends, allowing them to log into your account and download the file with out direct/written permission of the owner/creator of this file. Any found abuse to this sharing rule will cause in instant and automatic deletion of file owner account. This also means that the owners files will also be instantly deleted as well as the owner account of the files. Some files, such as those written under the "General Public License" (GPL) are allowed, as long as the owner of that license permits it.
Because TzFiles.com is built for file uploading, we allow for all sorts of uploads. This does NOT mean that uploads of illegal content is allowed. This means that one can upload a file but then he/she may NOT share that file with others for free or for charge (See "Downloading"). This does not disreguard Sharing, as long as you are the owner of this file.
Downloading of files are illegal if file does not belong to you the owner. If the file was created by another party, and you obtain the file allowing another party to download the file, which is prohibited.
